FOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless, and eco-friendly way to receive and send packages. If you choose to have your order delivered to any FOXPOST parcel locker, you don’t have to wait at home for the courier all day. The nationwide and continuously expanding network of parcel lockers is easily accessible at many locations across the country, both indoors and outdoors, and is available from morning until evening.

Once we hand over your package to FOXPOST, they will deliver it to the locker within 1 business day, then send you an SMS notification with a unique code, which allows you to pick up your package within 3 days.

Important: payment at the lockers is only possible by bank card. You can return your package within 14 days according to the webshop’s terms. This can be done easily at any FOXPOST locker by re-entering the unique package pickup code.

Domestic shipping within Hungary in a postal box, with tracking number and insurance coverage up to HUF 50,000.
In case the parcel is lost (according to postal tracking), we will refund the product’s price up to a maximum of HUF 50,000.
Higher insurance coverage is available upon request, in accordance with current postal rates.
