Philipp Holzmann AG was a German construction company based in Frankfurt am Main.

In 1938, the company employed 20,800 people and contributed to many major construction projects, such as the new Reich Chancellery in Berlin, the construction of the Reich Party Assembly Hall in Nuremberg, the Prora complex, and the construction of the "Westwall" and several sections of the Reich Autobahn.
During World War II, Holzmann also built a large part of the Atlantic Wall on behalf of the Todt Organization.
