Pommel and crossguard constructed of aluminum, with gilt swastikas on both sides.
Blue leather grip and grip wire intact.
Nickel-plated blade in excellent condition, bearing acid-etched E. & F. Hörster, Solingen logo.
Leather buffer pad present at the base of the blade.
Scabbard fitted with aluminum mounts, all screws present.
Mounted with lightweight aluminum hanger marked Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid (“OLC”) and Ges. Gesch.
Blue leather shows minor wear consistent with use, but overall in excellent condition.
Excellent collection piece.
